What does post-launch support cover? — answered by Engineer Saeed Baatiah
It covers, for the support period agreed in the contract: fixing any fault in a function that was within the delivered scope, resolving operational and deployment issues, and answering your team’s questions about using the system. It does not cover adding new features or changing scope — those are estimated and priced separately. For systems needing ongoing attention, a monthly maintenance contract can be agreed covering security updates, backups, and monitoring.
