The site is the private home of Counselor Mohammed Ibrahim Al-Muhaisen in Riyadh. The initiative is reported to have been proposed by Professor Abdulaziz Ibn Laboun, the Saudi geologist and professor of geology at King Saud University who specialises in petroleum geology, has authored roughly fifty books across varied fields, and represented the Kingdom on a Geological Society of America expedition to Antarctica.
