- هل تخرج بياناتي إلى خارج الشركة؟

- How do I stop the agent inventing answers?
- Three layers: answers are built from your retrieved documents rather than the model’s general knowledge; every answer cites the document it came from so you can verify it; and the agent is instructed to say "I do not know" when it finds no source instead of filling the gap. There is no absolute guarantee against error, and anyone promising one does not understand how these models work.
- Does my data leave the company?
- It depends on the option you choose. With Claude or GPT through their business APIs, questions and retrieved passages go to the provider and are not used for model training under commercial terms. If the data cannot tolerate that at all, we run an open model entirely on your own server — lower quality and higher infrastructure cost. The choice is yours once I lay out the trade-off plainly.
