Training your own model requires thousands of hand-labelled examples, hardware, expertise, and periodic retraining, and usually produces a weaker result than a ready model supplied with your documents. If your goal is for the model to know your company’s data, the answer is not training but RAG — orders of magnitude cheaper and far easier to keep current.
